1015 — Abū al-Qāsim Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Azīz al-Baghawī narrated to us, saying: Abd Allah ibn Umar al-Kūfī narrated to us, saying: Abū Yahyā al-Taymī narrated to us, saying ⦗1489⦘: Sayf ibn Wahb narrated to us, from Abū al-Tufayl, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Indeed, I have ten names with my Lord—Glorious and Exalted is He.” Abū al-Tufayl said, “I have memorized eight of them: Muhammad, Ahmad, Abū al-Qāsim, the Opener, the Seal, the Effacer, the Last, and the Gatherer.” Abū Yahyā al-Taymī said: Sayf claimed that Abū Ja'far had told him, “The two remaining names are Tā-Hā and Yā-Sīn.”
١٠١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْبَغَوِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْكُوفِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ ⦗١٤٨٩⦘: حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ لِي عِنْدَ رَبِّي ﷿ عَشْرَةَ أَسْمَاءٍ» قَالَ: أَبُو الطُّفَيْلِ: قَدْ حَفِظْتُ مِنْهَا ثَمَانِيَةً: مُحَمَّدٌ , وَأَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ , وَالْفَاتِحُ , وَالْخَاتَمُ , وَالْمَاحِي , وَالْعَاقِبُ , وَالْحَاشِرُ قَالَ أَبُو يَحْيَى التَّيْمِيُّ: وَزَعَمَ سَيْفٌ أَنَّ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ لَهُ: إِنَّ الِاسْمَيْنِ الْبَاقِيَيْنِ: طَهْ , وَيَاسِينُ "
