Abd al-Malik asked him, “Can you enumerate the names of the Messenger of Allah that Jubayr ibn Mutim used to list?” Nāfi replied, “They are six: Muhammad, Ahmad, the Seal, the Gatherer, the Last, and the Effacer. As for the Gatherer, he was sent together with the Hour as a warner to you before a severe punishment. As for the Last, he came after the prophets. As for the Effacer, Allah—Glorious and Exalted is He—effaced sins through him: the sins of those who followed him.”
