997 — Ishāq ibn Abī Hassān al-Anmātī narrated to us, saying: Hishām ibn Ammār al-Dimashqī narrated to us, saying: Hātim ibn Ismāīl narrated to us, saying: al-Juayd ibn Abd al-Rahmān ibn Aws narrated to us, saying: I heard al-Sāib ibn Yazīd say: “My maternal aunt took me to the Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—and said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, my sister’s son is ill.’ He stroked my head and prayed that I be blessed. Then he performed ablution, and I drank some of the water he had used. I then stood behind him and saw his seal between his shoulder blades, resembling the button of a bridal canopy. May Allah bless him and grant him abundant peace.”
