98 — Ahmad ibn Sahl al-Ushnānī informed us, saying: Al-Husayn ibn Alī ibn al-Aswad narrated to us, saying: Yahyā ibn Ādam narrated to us, saying: Ibn al-Mubārak narrated to us, from ⦗417⦘ Mamar, from Alī ibn Zayd ibn Judān, from Abū Nadra, from Imrān ibn al-Husayn, who said to a man: “You are indeed a fool! Do you find in the Book of Allah Most High that the noon prayer consists of four units and that the recitation is not aloud in it?” He then enumerated for him prayer, zakat, and similar matters. Then he said: “Do you find all this explained in detail in the Book of Allah Most High? The Book of Allah has firmly established it, and the Sunnah explains it.”
