896 — Al-Firyābī narrated to us: Ishāq ibn Rāhawayh narrated to us: al-Nadr ibn Shumayl informed us ⦗1330⦘: Shuba narrated to us, from al-Qāsim ibn Abī Bazza, who said: I heard a man called Atā narrate from Umm al-Dardā, from Abū al-Dardā, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: “Nothing weighs more heavily on the believer’s Scale than good character.”
٨٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا ⦗١٣٣٠⦘ النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ , عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ: عَطَاءٌ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ , عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَثْقَلُ فِي مِيزَانِ الْمُؤْمِنِ مِنَ الْخُلُقِ الْحَسَنِ»
