97 – Al-Ḥusayn narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Ibrahim narrated to me; he said: Abu Ishaq al-Talqani narrated to us; he said: Zafir narrated to us, from Abu Rajaʾ, from ʿAbbad ibn Mansur, who said: Al-Hasan was asked about tawakkul (placing one’s trust in Allah). He replied, “It is to be content with Allah.”
