8 – Al-Ḥusayn narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; he said: ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn al-ʿĀmirī narrated to me; he said: Abū Badr narrated to me; he said: ʿUmar b. Dharr narrated to us; he said: It has reached us that Umm al-Dardāʾ used to say, “Those who are content with Allah’s decree—whenever He decrees something for them they accept it—will have in Paradise a beacon by which even the martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection.”
