112. Ali ibn Ibrahim related to me—Yaʿqūb ibn Muḥammad narrated to us; ʿAli ibn Abī ʿAli al-Lahbī narrated, from Jaʿfar ibn Muḥammad, from his father, who said:

“Durrah daughter of Abū Lahab passed by a man, and he commented, ‘This is the daughter of the enemy of Allah.’ She turned to him and said, ‘Allah, Exalted is He, mentioned my father because of his prominence and distinction, while He left your father unmentioned because of his obscurity.’ She later informed the Prophet ﷺ of what had occurred, and he said, ‘No Muslim is to be harmed on account of a disbeliever.’”
