100 – Ibrahim ibn ʿAbd Allah related to me; Muʾammal ibn al-Fadl al-Harrani related to us, al-Walid ibn Muslim from Saʿid ibn ʿAbd al-Aziz, who said: A man once behaved insolently toward Sulayman ibn Musa, whereupon Sulayman’s brother leapt to his defense. Makhul commented, “Abased indeed is the one who has no fool to champion him.”
