Every believer must therefore affirm for his Creator and Originator the Eye that the Creator and Originator has affirmed for Himself. Whoever denies of Allah, Blessed and Exalted, what Allah has affirmed in His clear revelation is not a believer, as explained by the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whom Allah appointed to explain on His behalf, Mighty and Majestic, as He said:

“And We have sent down to you the Reminder, so that you may explain to people what has been revealed to them.” [Al-Nahl: 44]

The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, thus explained that Allah has two Eyes. His explanation accorded with what is made clear in the revelation, written between the two covers and recited in prayer niches and schools.

: ٤٨] فَوَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ أَنْ يُثْبِتَ لِخَالِقِهِ وَبَارِئِهِ مَا ثَبَّتَ الْخَالِقُ الْبَارِئُ لِنَفْسِهِ، مِنَ الْعَيْنِ، وَغَيْرُ مُؤْمِنٍ مَنْ يَنْفِي عَنِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى مَا قَدْ ثَبَّتَهُ اللَّهُ فِي مُحْكَمِ تَنْزِيلِهِ، بِبَيَانِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّذِي جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ مُبَيِّنًا عَنْهُ، عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: {وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ} [النحل: ٤٤] ، فَبَيَّنَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ لِلَّهِ عَيْنَيْنِ، فَكَانَ بَيَانُهُ مُوَافِقًا لِبَيَانِ مُحْكَمِ التَّنْزِيلِ، الَّذِي هُوَ مَسْطُورٌ بَيْنَ الدَّفَّتَيْنِ، مَقْرُوءٌ فِي الْمَحَارِيبِ وَالْكَتَاتِيبِ
