9 — that Abū Mūsā Muhammad ibn al-Muthannā said: Abū ‘Āmir ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, saying ⦗93⦘: Al-Mughīrah—that is, Ibn ‘Abd al-Rahmān—narrated to us, from Abū al-Zinād, from Mūsā ibn Abī ‘Uthmān, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said:
“Allah created Adam in his image, and his height was sixty cubits.”

أَنَّ أَبَا مُوسَى مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ:
ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو،
قَالَ ⦗٩٣⦘:
ثنا الْمُغِيرَةُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«خَلَقَ اللَّهُ آدَمَ عَلَى صُورَتِهِ، وَطُولُهُ سِتُّونَ ذِرَاعًا»
