73 — Abū Ahmad narrated to us: Dāwūd ibn al-Muhabbar narrated to us, from al-Dahhāk ibn Yasār al-Khuzā‘ī, from Yazīd ibn Abd Allāh ibn al-Shikhkhīr, who said: “I was with him when a man met him and said, ‘I have been told that when a man meets his brother and says, “I love you for Allah’s sake,” it is recorded for them both beneath the Throne. And I do indeed love you for Allah’s sake—Mighty and Majestic.’”
