41 — Khālid ibn Khidāsh narrated to me: Abd Allāh ibn al-Mubārak narrated to us, from Haywah ibn Shurayh, from Sālim ibn Ghaylān, from al-Walīd ibn Qays, from Abū Saīd al-Khudrī—or he said: from Abū al-Haytham, from Abū Saīd—from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: “Keep company only with a believer, and let only a God-fearing person eat your food.”
