30 — Muhammad ibn al-Husayn narrated to me. He said: Dāwud ibn Mihrān narrated to us: Dāwud ibn Abd al-Rahmān narrated to us: Muzāhim ibn Abī Muzāhim, the client of Talha, narrated to me that a man from Azd Shanū’a counseled his people, saying, “Make many friends, for enemies are more numerous.”
٣٠ - حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي مُزَاحِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ مَوْلَى طَلْحَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا، مِنْ أَزْدِ شَنُوءَةَ أَوْصَى قَوْمَهُ فَقَالَ: «اسْتَكْثِرُوا مِنَ الصَدِيقِ فَإِنَّ الْعَدُوَّ هُمْ أَكْثَرُ»
