198 — Ibrāhīm ibn Abd Allah ibn Abī Hātim narrated to me, saying: Hushaym informed us, from Abd al-Rahmān ibn Yahyā, from Hibbān ibn Abī Jabala, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The charity that ascends most swiftly to heaven is for a man to prepare wholesome food and then invite some of his brothers to partake of it.”
