131 — Muhammad ibn Abbād al-Makkī narrated to us: Sufyān narrated to us, from Ismāʿīl ibn Abī Khālid, from Qays, from Jarīr, who said: “Ever since I embraced Islam, whenever the Prophet—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—saw me, he smiled at me.”
