50 – Al-Ḥusayn narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah ibn Yūnus ibn Bukayr related to me; his father related to me; from Abū ʿAbd Allah al-Juʿfī, from Jābir, from Muhammad ibn ʿAlī, who said:

When ʿAlī was struck by Ibn Muljam, he counselled his sons, and thereafter uttered nothing but “There is no god but Allah” until Allah took his soul.
