609—He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The slaughter of the fetus is accomplished by the slaughter of its mother.” Narrated by Ahmad1.

Reported by Ahmad, 3/31, 53; Abū Dāwūd, nos. 2826–2827; al-Tirmidhī, no. 1476, who graded it authentic; al-Dārimī, 2/84; al-Dāraqutnī, no. 540; al-Hākim, 4/144, who said, “It is authentic according to Muslim’s criteria”; and al-Bayhaqī, 9/344. It was also graded authentic by Ibn Daqīq al-Īd and sound by al-Mundhirī.
٦٠٩- وقال ﷺ: "ذكاة الجنين ذكاة أمه" رواه أحمد١.
