548—Anas reported: “It is part of the Sunnah that when a man marries a virgin while already married to a previously married woman, he stays with the new wife for seven nights and then resumes the regular rotation. If he marries a previously married woman, he stays with her for three nights and then resumes the rotation.” Agreed upon2.

549—Ā’isha said: “Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ intended to travel, he would draw lots among his wives, and whichever wife’s lot was drawn, he would take her with him.” Agreed upon3.

550—If a woman waives her right to her turn in the rotation, maintenance, or clothing (with her husband’s permission) 4, this is permissible.

Sawda bint Zam‘a gave her day to Ā’isha, so the Prophet ﷺ allotted Ā’isha both her own day and Sawda’s day. Agreed upon5.

551—If he fears defiance from his wife and she begins to show signs

عليه١. ٥٤٨- وعن أنس: من السنة إذا تزوج الرجل البكر على الثيب أقام عندها سبعًا، ثم قسم، وإذا تزوج الثيب، أقام عندها ثلاثًا، ثم قسم. متفق عليه٢. ٥٤٩- وَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ﷺ إذا أراد سفرًا أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ، فَأَيَّتُهُنَّ خَرَجَ سَهْمُهَا خَرَجَ بِهَا. مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ٣. ٥٥٠- وَإِنْ أَسْقَطَتْ اَلْمَرْأَةُ حَقَّهَا مِنْ اَلْقَسَمِ، أَوْ مِنْ اَلنَّفَقَةِ أَوْ اَلْكِسْوَةِ (بِإِذْنِ اَلزَّوْجِ) ٤، جَازَ ذَلِكَ. وَقَدْ وَهَبَتْ سَوْدَةُ بِنْتُ زَمْعَةَ يَوْمَهَا لِعَائِشَةَ، فَكَانَ اَلنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقْسِمُ لِعَائِشَةَ يَوْمَهَا وَيَوْمَ سَوْدَةَ. مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ٥. ٥٥١- وَإِنْ خَافَ نُشُوزَ اِمْرَأَتِهِ، وظهرت منها قرائن
