what is decreed, not in the decree itself. Blessed and Exalted is He, far above having evil attributed to Him. Rather, everything attributed to Him is good.

The words “I am through You and unto You” mean: through You I seek protection, and unto You I turn for refuge; or: through You I live and die, and unto You is the final return and destination.

The words “Blessed and Exalted are You” affirm that He—Glorified is He—is worthy of praise and glorification.
