Fiqh al-Adiyah wa-al-AdhkarAbd al-Razzaq ibn Abd al-Muhsin al-Badr

Therefore, when Allah’s believing servant recognizes his Lord’s perfection and majesty, generosity and kindness, grace and munificence, it is only fitting that he turn to Him with every need, frequently supplicate Him and commune with Him, and neither despair of his Lord’s mercy nor lose hope in His relief, for “none loses hope in Allah’s relief except the disbelieving people.”

O Allah, grant us success in following Your guidance, help us to obey You, and do not leave us to ourselves for the blink of an eye—or even less.
