He—Blessed and Exalted is He—is deserving of all praise, love, and commendation because of His praiseworthy attributes of beauty and majesty and because of the abundant blessings He has bestowed upon His creation. He is therefore praised in every circumstance. He, Glorified be He, is praiseworthy in every respect: “For all the Names of Allah—Blessed and Exalted is He—are praise; His attributes are praise; His acts are praise; His judgments are praise; His justice is praise; His retribution is praise; and His bounty, manifested in His beneficence toward His allies, is praise. Creation and command were established only through His praise, came into being through His praise, and became manifest through His praise; and their ultimate end is His praise. His praise is therefore their cause and their end.”
