• Fourth: a partnership in which the partners share whatever they earn through their own physical effort; this is known as sharikat al-abdān (labour partnership).

• Fifth: a partnership that embraces all the foregoing forms, whereby each partner authorises the other to undertake any financial or physical transaction on his behalf. It therefore combines the features of sharikat al-ʿinān, muḍāraba, wujūh, and abdān, and is called sharikat al-mufāwaḍa (general partnership).

These are the types of partnership in outline. We shall now explain each of them in detail, one by one, since practical necessity demands it. We say:
