al-Ghāshiyah.” It is authentically established that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would at times recite Surah al-Jumuʿah together with Surah al-Munāfiqūn, and at other times “Sabbih” (Surah al-Aʿlā) together with al-Ghāshiyah. He never divided a single surah between the two rakʿahs, for that contravenes the Sunnah.

The wisdom behind reciting aloud in the Friday prayer is that it is more effective in realizing the goal of the sermon and the prayer alike.
