ensuring that people benefit from it, and for granting the Ministry permission to publish and distribute it. I ask Allah, exalted be He, to grant him ever-increasing beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds, and to reward him with the most excellent recompense.

I likewise beseech Him to guide the students of knowledge and all who earnestly seek the truth—on the basis of its proofs from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him—especially those who devote themselves to calling people to Allah’s straight religion, so that they may benefit from this valuable work and from the other writings of the eminent scholar, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him and reward him richly on behalf of Islam and the Muslims.
