Qawāʿid al-Asmāʾ al-ḤusnāIbn al-Qayyim

Nineteenth: Among the Most Beautiful Names are those that point to several attributes at once, and such a name embraces all of those attributes just as fully as a name that denotes a single attribute embraces that one, as has already been explained. Examples include His names al-ʿAzīm (the Magnificent), al-Majīd (the Glorious), and al-Ṣamad (the Ever Self-Sufficient). Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with him) said—as related by Ibn Abī Ḥātim in his Tafsīr—“al-Ṣamad is the sovereign whose sovereignty is perfect, the noble whose nobility is complete, the great whose greatness is absolute, the forbearing whose forbearance is consummate, the all-knowing whose knowledge is complete, the all-wise whose wisdom is perfect. He is the One who has reached perfection in every form of honor and mastery. He is Allah, exalted is He. This is His description, befitting none but Him; there is no equal to Him,”} শ্র किंवा
