Qāʿidah fī al-Tawḥīd wa-al-IkhlāṣIbn Taimiya

…can withhold it; and whatever He withholds, none can release after Him’ (35:2). ‘If Allah touches you with hardship, none can lift it but He; and if He wills good for you, none can turn back His bounty’ (10:107). ‘Say, “Have you considered those you call upon besides Allah? If Allah intends harm for me, can they remove His harm? Or if He intends mercy for me, can they withhold His mercy? Say, “Allah is sufficient for me; upon Him the trusting place their trust.”’ (39:38)

The human being possesses no good of his own at all:

Once it is understood that the servant has no good arising from himself whatsoever—indeed, every favor we enjoy is from Allah, and whenever harm befalls us it is to Him alone that we cry for relief, for all goodness is in His hands—Allah says: ‘Whatever good comes to you is from Allah, and whatever evil befalls you is from yourselves’ (4:79). He also says: ‘And when a calamity struck you, although you had struck them with one twice as great, you said, “How is this?” Say, “It is from yourselves.”’ (3:165).

The Prophet ﷺ declared in the Master Supplication for Forgiveness recorded in Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī: ‘O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity but You. You created me, and I am Your servant. I uphold Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge before You Your blessing upon me, and I confess my sin to You; so forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.’

He also said in the opening supplication of the prayer, reported in Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim: ‘Here I am at Your service and ever at Your disposal; all good is in Your hands and evil is not ascribed to You. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted.’
