—namely, the Opening Chapter of the Book (al-Fātiḥah) and the concluding verses of Sūrat al-Baqarah; you will not recite a single letter of them without receiving it.’ In another report it is stated: ‘Indeed, the Opening Chapter of the Book was bestowed upon me from a treasure beneath the Throne.’
