He touches you with harm, none can lift it but He; and if He touches you with good, then He is powerful over all things.” [al-Anʿām: 17]

And He, exalted is He, also says: “If Allah touches you with harm, none can lift it but He; and if He intends good for you, there is none who can turn back His bounty.” [Yūnus: 107]

He says: “You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.” [al-Fātiḥah: 5]

He says: “So worship Him and rely upon Him.” [Hūd: 123]

He says: “In Him I place my trust, and to Him I turn in repentance.” [Hūd: 88]

He says: “Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth glorifies Allah. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belong all praise, and He is powerful over all things.” [al-Taghābun: 1]

He says: “So know that there is no god but Allah, and ask forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and believing women.” [Muḥammad: 19]

He says: “Say, ‘Tell me about those you call upon besides Allah: if Allah wishes to harm me, could they remove His harm, or if He wishes mercy for me…?’” [al-Zumar: 38]

He says: “Say, ‘Invoke those you claim besides Allah. They do not possess even the weight of an atom in the heavens or on the earth, nor do they have any share in them, nor is any one of them a helper for Him. Intercession is of no benefit with Him except for one to whom He grants permission.’” [Sabaʾ: 22–23]

He says: “Say, ‘Call upon those you claim besides Him; they have no power to remove affliction from you nor to shift it.’ Those they invoke themselves seek a means of nearness to their Lord—who among them will be closest—and they hope for His mercy and fear His punishment. Surely the punishment of your Lord is ever to be feared.” [al-Isrāʾ: 56–57]

He says: “Do not call upon another deity alongside Allah. There is no deity but He. Everything will perish except His Face; His is the judgment, and to Him you will be returned.” [al-Qaṣaṣ: 88]

And He says: “Rely upon the Ever-Living who never dies, and glorify His praise. He suffices as one fully aware of the sins of His servants—He who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days, then established Himself above the Throne—the Most Compassionate; so ask concerning Him one who is informed.” [al-Furqān: 58–59]
