Introduction to the Treatise
To the best of my knowledge, this fatwa has never been published before. It is kept in the Manuscripts Section of the Central Library at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh under the catalogue number (10635/F12/Tawḥīd).
It appears within a compilation running from p. 101 to p. 105. Each folio contains roughly twenty lines, and each line about nine words.
The copy was penned on Monday, 17 Rajab 1227 AH by ʿAbd al-Ṣāliḥ ibn Ḥasan ibn Ṣāliḥ al-Maqdisī al-Ḥanbalī al-Salafī. The handwriting is clear and easily read, though a few corrections have been made.
