It is also permissible for the judge in whose court the right has been established to send a written notice to another judge—whether specifically named or not—setting out the claim brought against the absentee. He must first read the document aloud to two upright witnesses, hand it to them, and include the statement: “1This right has been proven before me, and you must recover it for the entitled party.” Once the document reaches the second judge, he is obliged2 to enforce it.
