Chapter on Revocation (rajʿah)
Revocation is the act of returning one’s divorced wife to her former marital state4 without concluding a new marriage contract.
Among its5 conditions are that the divorce be revocable—that is, not final—and that she still be within her waiting period (ʿiddah).
(5) Manuscript B omits the conjunction waw; the same reading appears in manuscripts M and N.
