Those who fell as martyrs at Khaybar:
According to the report of Ibn Ishaq:
• From the allies of the Banu Umayyah: Rabi‘ah ibn Aktham, Thaqif ibn ‘Amr, and Rifa‘ah ibn Masruh.
• From the Banu Asad ibn ‘Abd al-‘Uzza: ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Habib.
• From the Ansar: Fudayl ibn al-Nu‘man al-Sulami; Mas‘ud ibn Sa‘d al-Zuraqi; Abu al-Diyah ibn Thabit—one of the Banu ‘Amr ibn ‘Awf; al-Harith ibn Hatib; ‘Urwah ibn Murrah; Aws ibn al-Qa’if; Anif ibn Habib; Thabit ibn Athlah; Talhah; and ‘Imarah ibn ‘Uqbah al-Ghifari.
Already noted earlier were ‘Amir ibn al-Akwa‘, Mahmud ibn Maslamah, and al-Aswad the shepherd.
‘Abd al-Malik ibn Hisham adds: Mas‘ud ibn Rabi‘ah—an ally of the Banu Zuhrah—and Aws ibn Qatadah al-Ansari.
Others further add: Mubashshir ibn ‘Abd al-Mundhir and Abu Sufyan ibn al-Harith—who was not from the Hashimite branch. And Allah knows best.
