Ibn Lahiʿah reports—from Abū al-Aswad, from ʿUrwah—and likewise Mūsā ibn ʿUqbah, from Ibn Shihāb, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent ʿAbd Allāh ibn Rawāḥah at the head of thirty mounted men, among them ʿAbd Allāh ibn Anīs, to Bushayr ibn Razām the Jew until they reached him in Khaybar; the account is essentially the same as what has already been cited.
