Abu al-ʿAlaʾ al-Faraḍi informed me that Nasir had auditioned the Musnad of Abu Hanifah compiled by Ibn al-Muqriʾ and al-Tahawi’s Maʿani al-Athar from Ismaʿil ibn al-Ikhshid—Ismaʿil having himself heard the first from Ibn ʿAbd al-Rahim and the second from Mansur ibn al-Husayn, who in turn related it from Ibn al-Muqriʾ. Nasir also heard al-Muʿjam al-Kabir from Fatimah al-Jawzdaniyyah.
