His sister:
215 – The daughter of al-Bisṭāmī, ʿĀʾisha daughter of Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn *
She likewise transmitted hadith from Abū al-Ḥusayn al-Khaffāf and others.
Among those who narrated from her were Ismāʿīl b. al-Muʾadhdhin, Zāhir al-Shahhāmī, his brother Wajīh, and Muḥammad b. Ḥammūya al-Juwaynī the ascetic.
She died either shortly before her brother or not long after him.
Their father (1) was one of the eminent scholars; he passed away in 408 AH.
Their brother was al-Muwaffaq Hibat Allah, himself among the leading scholars (2).
His son was Abū Sahl Muḥammad b. al-Muwaffaq (3), who died long ago and enjoyed great renown. ﵏

رَوَتْ أَيْضاً عَنْ: أَبِي الحُسَيْنِ الخَفَّافِ، وَغَيْرِهِ.
وَعَنْهَا: إِسْمَاعِيْلُ بنُ المُؤَذِّن، وَزَاهِر الشَّحَّامِيّ، وَأَخُوْهُ وَجيه، وَمُحَمَّدُ بنُ حَمُّوَيْه الجُوَيْنِيّ الزَّاهِد.
تُوُفِّيَت قَبْل أَخِيْهَا أَوْ بعيده.
وَكَانَ أَبُوْهُمَا (١) مِنْ كِبَارِ العُلَمَاءِ، تُوُفِّيَ: سَنَةَ ثَمَانٍ وَأَرْبَعِ مائَة.
وَأَخُوْهُمَا هُوَ الْمُوفق هِبَة اللهِ مِنْ كِبَارِ العُلَمَاءِ (٢) .
وَوَلَده هُوَ أَبُو سَهْلٍ مُحَمَّدُ بنُ الْمُوفق (٣) ، قَدِيْمُ الوَفَاة، كَبِيْرَ الشَّأْنِ ﵏.
