61 – ʿAbd Allah ibn Shabīb narrated to us; Yahyā ibn Muḥammad al-Ḥārithī related to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Zayd ibn Aslam told me, from his father, from Ibn ʿUmar, from the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—who said: “How excellent is the suḥūr (pre-dawn meal) of the believer! Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who partake in suḥūr.”
