35 – Muhammad ibn Yazid al-ʿIjli narrated to us; he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us; he said: al-ʿAlāʾ ibn al-Musayyab, from his father and from Khaythama, both said: “It used to be said, ‘Whoever fasts Ramadan and then dies within that same year shall enter Paradise.’”
