2 – Khālid ibn Khidāsh narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah ibn Wahb narrated to us. He said: ʿAmr ibn al-Ḥārith informed me, from ʿAbd al-Malik ibn ʿAbd al-Malik, who narrated from Muṣʿab ibn Abī Dhīb, from al-Qāsim ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Bakr, from his father—or from his uncle—from his grandfather, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said:
“Indeed, on the night of mid-Shaʿbān Allah, Exalted is He, descends to the lowest heaven and forgives every human being except a polytheist or a person whose heart harbors rancor.”
