- He said: Abū Mālik al-Bajalī narrated to me from Abū Muʿāwiyah, who said, “Hardly ever did Mālik ibn Mughūl meet me without admonishing, ‘Do not let this worldly life deceive you. Press on, and beware of the grave—for the grave is a matter of great consequence.’”
٨٥- قال وحدثني أبو مالك البجلي عن أبي معاوية قال قل ما لقيني مالك بن مغول إلا قال لي لا تغرنك الحياة واقدم واحذر القبر إن للقبر شأنا.
