- ʿIsma ibn al-Faḍl narrated to us; Yaḥyā ibn Yaḥyā reported, from al-Muʿtamir ibn Sulaymān, from his father, who said: I heard Sayyār al-Shāmī say, “They will emerge from their graves, every one of them panic-stricken. Then a herald will call out, ‘O My servants, there is no fear ⦗83⦘ upon you today, nor will you grieve.’ All creatures will set their hopes on that proclamation, but the herald will add, ‘Those who believed in Our signs and were Muslims.’ At that point every creature—except the people of Islam—will lose hope.”
٧٢- حدثني عصمة بن الفضل ثنا يحيى بن يحيى عن المعتمر ابن سليمان عن أبيه قال سمعت سيار الشامي قال يخرجون من القبور وكلهم مذعورون قال فيناديهم منادي: ﴿يا عبادي لا خوف ⦗٨٣⦘ عليكم اليوم ولا أنتم تحزنون﴾ . فيطمع فيها الخلق كلهم فيتبعها: ﴿الذين آمنوا بآياتنا وكانوا مسلمين﴾ . فييأس منها الخلق غير أهل الإسلام.
