Chapter on Resurrection
69. Yahya ibn ʿAbd al-Hamid narrated to me; ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Aslam reported to us, from his father, from Ibn ʿUmar, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “For the people of la ilaha illa Allah there will be no sense of estrangement in their graves, nor on the Day they are resurrected. It is as though I can already see the people of la ilaha illa Allah brushing the dust from their heads and saying, ‘Praise be to Allah, who has taken away all sorrow from us.’”
