- Muhammad ibn al-Husayn narrated to me; Khalid ibn Yazid al-Qarni narrated to us, from ʿAbd Allah ibn Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, who said: “My father, whenever he attended a funeral, would forgo supper that night.”
