- Muḥammad narrated to me; Shihāb ibn ʿAbbād narrated to us; Suwayd ibn ʿAmr al-Kalbī narrated to us: He said, “Whenever one of Rabīʿ ibn Abī Rāshid’s neighbors died, his own family would barely recognize him for several days.”
