2- Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā ibn Bisṭām related to us. He said: Muḥammad ibn Marwān al-ʿAjlī narrated to us; Abū ʿĀṣim al-Ḥanṭī told me:

“I was walking with Muḥammad ibn Wāsiʿ. When we came upon the graveyard, tears filled his eyes. He then said to me, ‘Abū ʿĀṣim, do not be deceived by the stillness you observe in them. Imagine them suddenly leaping out of these tombs—some delighted, others distraught.’”
