252 – He said: Abu al-Hasan, the freedman of the Banu Hashim, related to me that he had read the following inscription on the wall of a cemetery:

O you who pause before the graves,
among people unseen yet present;

they have settled in a forgotten ruin,
between the dust and the massive stones;

they await the din of the Resurrection—
do not be deluded about your allotted share;

tomorrow you, too, will come to dwell in our abode.
