146 – He said, and al-Rayāshī ʿAbbās ibn al-Faraj recited to me:

“The dwellings of the dead kindle aching longing,
And at the very sight of them a gloom descends.
They are abodes that will not answer when you call,
And grievous to you is the fact that no reply comes.”
