of the thirtieth (1): is fasting then obligatory or not?

الثلاثين، هل يجب (١) الصوم أم لا؟ وجواب (٢) في الإجارة، هل المعقود عليه تهيؤ العين وصلاحيتها (٣) لنفع المستأجر؟ وهل ما يحدث في العين على ملكه؟ وهل هي على وَفْق القياس؟ وله قاعدة في أنّ ما كان داعيًا إلى الفُرْقة والاختلاف يجب النهي عنه (٤). وجواب في التسمية على الوضوء. وقواعد في سباق الخيل، ورمي النُّشَّاب (٥). وقواعد وأجوبة في النية في الصلاة، وغير ذلك من العبادات (٦). وأجوبة في صلاة بعض أصحاب المذاهب خلف بعض، وأنه جائز (٧). وجواب فيمن تفقَّه على مذهب، ثم يجد حديثًا صحيحًا بخلاف مذهبه (٨).
