the utterance of the Quran, meaning thereby the Quran itself, has affirmed the createdness of the Quran.
[People’s Deeds Are Created by Allah]
And they say that there is no creator in truth except Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, and that all people’s acquired deeds are created by Allah. Allah guides whom He wills and leads astray whom He wills. Whoever Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, leads astray has neither an argument nor an excuse, as Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, says:
“Say: To Allah belongs the conclusive argument. Had He willed, He would have guided you all.” [al-Anʿām: 149]
And He says:
“Just as He originated you, you will return. One group He has guided, while another has deserved to go astray.” [al-Aʿrāf: 29–30]
اللفظ بالقرآن يريد به القرآن، فهو قد قال بخلق القرآن.
[أفعال العباد مخلوقة لله]
ويقولون إنه لا خالق على الحقيقة إلا الله ﷿، وأن أكساب العباد كلها مخلوقة لله، وأن الله يهدي من يشاء ويضل من يشاء، لا حجة لمن أضله الله ﷿، ولا عذر، كما قاله الله ﷿: ﴿قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ فَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ﴾ [الأنعام: ١٤٩] وقال: ﴿كَمَا بَدَأَكُمْ تَعُودُونَ - فَرِيقًا هَدَى وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلَالَةُ﴾ [الأعراف: ٢٩ - ٣٠]
