1 - al-Ilāh (the Deity)1:

He, may Allah Most High have mercy on him, said:

“Al-Ilāh encompasses all attributes of perfection and qualities of majesty. Thus, all the most beautiful names are included within this name. Hence, the correct view is that ‘Allah’ is derived from ‘al-Ilāh’, and that the name ‘Allah’ encompasses all the most beautiful names and most exalted attributes. And Allah knows best”2.
